EOS Italian localization for LS Central

1. Issue tax receipts compliant with Italian regulations using a Fiscal Cash Register
2. Issue invoices and credit notes directly from the LSR Central POS
3. Use EOS Italian localization for LS Central only in combination with the EOS apps:
   - Close Documents without Invoicing
   - Electronic Invoice for Italy
4. Track and archive documents issued from the POS
